Our Fully Automatic Blister Thermoforming Sealing Packing Machine is a type of packaging equipment used to create blister packs for various products. Blister packaging is a common form of packaging used in various food industries like Pickle, Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Chocolate, Butter, Confectionary, Jelly etc, Pharmaceuticals, electronics, consumer goods, and medical devices. The blister pack consists of a melded plastic cavity (the “blister”) that holds the product and a lidding material sealed onto the blister to protect and display the contents.

Overview of Blister Packing Machine works

  1. Thermoforming: The process starts with a roll or sheet of thermoplastic material (usually PVC, PET, or PS) being fed into the machine. The machine then uses heat and pressure to soften the plastic and form it into the desired shape of the blister cavities. A mold is used to shape the plastic into individual blister pockets, and any excess material is trimmed away.
  2. Product Loading: After the blister cavities are formed, the machine moves to the product loading station. The products to be packaged are placed manually or automatically into the formed blister pockets.
  3. Sealing: Once the products are loaded, a roll or sheet of lidding material (usually aluminum foil or plastic film coated with heat-sealable material) is fed into the machine. The machine then applies heat and pressure to seal the lidding material onto the blister pack, encapsulating the products securely.
  4. Cutting and Stacking: After sealing, the blister packs are cut into individual units, and they may be stacked or collected for further packaging or distribution.

Characteristic Forming Filling Sealing Machine

This machine is innovated for filling all kinds of fine Paste Pickles, Indian Small Granulized Pickles, Chutney and traditional savories pickles. It adopts with the PLC controlling system, firming, filling, sealing, date printing, cutting, end-products coming out. The machine is with the photoelectric eye device to ensure neat sealing and cutting. 

    • It adopts the newest type of high-power transmission mechanism to arrange the chain and drive the main driving shaft. The errors and noises of other gear wheel transmission can be avoided.
    • Imported controlling system is adopted. Also, it can be equipped with detecting and rejection function device for number of medicines according to the user’s requirement. 
    • The machine adopts separation sectional combination: PVC forming, Feeding, Heating sealing for one section; Tropical cold aluminum forming, heating sealing and cutting for another one section for separately packaging.
    • It adopts photoelectrical controlling system to make PVC, PTP, be cut automatically to guarantee the Synchronous stability of over- length distance and multi stations.
    • It can be optional equipped with photocell correction device, imported stepper motor traction and image- character register to optimize packing grade.
    • The machine is suitable for packaging of capsule, tablet, coating pills, syringes, medical instruments electronics and etc.
    • It can add pressing station. It can be with total of four working stations of forming, sealing, pressing and cutting. It is widely suitable for all requirements of packaging.
    • It can add Waste edge device, The waste is in good consistent and clean after cut. It’s easy to clean.
    • Box body can be adjusted through swing type gear with level. It’s easy to adjust and check. 
    • The hot sealing station adopts underneath type air cylinder. The pressure is average and clean appearance.
