Safety

Packaging Process

Station 1 🡪 Bag feeding : Our main bag magazine can feed many pouches or bags in the bag magazine. The Conveyor type feeding system assure proper feeding and lifting of the bags to the machine. Our Bag Magazine move up and down, you can feed bags very easily when it moved down, and when it moved up , there are a mechanical arm with two vacuum caps will take bag up and then transmit it to the mechanical gripper on the rotary table.

Station 2 🡪 Zipper Opening and Date Coding: At this station date is printed on the bag, we provide Hot foil type date coding system with the machine which can be upgraded to the TTO against the charges if requested. Along with date coding we provide the attachment for opening of zipper pouches as a value added feature which can help to use even zipper bags in the machine.

Station 3 🡪 Top & Bottom Gusset Opening: On this station machine to open stand(flat) pouches from top and bottom with two sets vacuum caps, and with pressure of air it open the wide mouth of the pouch with help of gripper & clamp to assure that the product can be feeded properly inside the bag at next station.

Station 4 🡪Filling 1-Solid Product : The desired product will be filled in the bag with the help of cup type conveyor at this filling station- Firstly with the help of Stick Proof Dimples Multihead weigher desired weight of product/products will be dropped inside the infeed cup type conveyor and then Material will be transferred from bowl to pouch through dimpled hopper, with the help of bottom vibrator it will insure that product settled inside the bag properly. There is an opening detection device insert into the open bag or pouch to expanding it and detect if it is open or not. No open no filling no sealing.

Station 5 🡪Filling 2-Liquid/Paste (Optional) : Highly accurate rotary valve type piston liquid/paste filling system will be used to fill the desired quantity of hot paste inside the bag. Bottom vibrator will assure that the liquid settled inside the bag properly. There is an opening detection device insert into the open bag or pouch to expanding it and detect if it is open or not. No open no filling no sealing.

Station 6 🡪 Nitrogen Dosing and Product Settling : This Station will be used to close bag & zipper Seal the second time to make , the sealing more perfectly. There will be also the bag shapping and air removing device at this station to assure that formed bag will gave perfect shape and free from extra air.


Station 7 🡪 Bag Shaping and Sealing: At this station bag will be heat Seal with perfect dotted type sealers which not only looks great but also make the sealing more perfectly.

Station 8 🡪 Euro Hole Puncg and Bag Discharge : At this station the bag Sealing is done by cool sealer to make sure that bag sealing fixed properly output make the sealing stable and preventing from wrinkling with cold press, then bag will be discharged by machine to the conveyor and output the finished production automatically. It does the Euro Hole if machine is opted with Eurohole system.
