Station 3 🡪 Pouch top and bottom opening
This station uses two sets of vacuum cups to open the pouches at both the top and bottom, making them ready for filling. Stand up (flat) pouches are then expanded and ready for accurate and efficient filling in the subsequent station.
Station 4 🡪 Filling 1
An opening detection device checks whether the pouch is correctly placed and fully open. The device ensures that only properly opened pouches proceed to the filling stage. If the pouch is not open, the system stops the filling and sealing process.
Station 5 🡪 Filling 2
